1. DECIDE YOUR OUTCOME- The first and foremost key in any weight loss plan is deciding your outcome. What do you want to achieve? Do you want to lose inches or fat body weight or both? Decide right now how much weight you want to lose and write it down. What is your ideal body weight? Next, find a photo of the body that you want for yourself. You can browse through magazines or perform a Google image search on the Internet. Print or tear out this photo and attach a picture of your head to it. This may seem a little silly but it is extremely powerful. You must ingrain on your brain the new image of your ideal body. You may have heard of people creating vision boards for goals they want to accomplish. This is your own personal vision board of the body of your dreams. 2. DEVELOP YOUR ACTION PLAN FOR SUCCESS – Give compelling reasons for why you must make a change now. Write down all the reasons why this time you will succeed in dropping the weight forever. You must gain leverage on yourself and this is where you do it. Commit to this plan for the next 90 days and change your life forever. Do you feel sexy when you look in the mirror? Do you smile and feel good when looking at yourself or do you think to yourself, “I’m better than this…I can do better.” You can do better simply by deciding right now enough is enough – I will accomplish the body of my dreams. Imagine the rush of your new and improved self-esteem when you look at yourself 90 days from now and you hardly recognize the body in the mirror.

3. CHANGE WHAT YOU EAT – Forget about dieting…what is the first three letters of diet? Die! Instead of dieting, simply change what you put in your body and your body will begin to change. This is where you must modify your behavior on what you decide to put into your body. For the next 90 days make the commitment to eat strict for 6 days a week with one cheat day. Water enriched foods are key. This means vegetables and fruits. At least one salad per day. Also plenty of protein from poultry and fishes. Keep your processed carbohydrate intake low and your complex carbohydrates moderate until you reach your ideal weight. Remove excess simple sugars from your diet. 4. BREATHING IS KEY – How do we rid our body of unwanted fat? We cleanse our cells by our lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is what pulls the impurities from our cells and excretes them from the body. The only way this system works is through your breathing. Most western cultures are considered shallow breathers. The lymphatic system is activated through deep breathing. So each morning upon waking begin inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Perform 10-20 of these breathing exercises three times per day and cleanse your body of unwanted toxins.

5. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER – We cannot emphasize this enough. Over the next 90 days, it is extremely important to drink plenty of water. Always drink two glasses of water with meals, one before you eat and one during your meal. While losing weight you must drink plenty of water to flush out fat. Cut out ALL sodas – even if they are diet sodas and drinks that contain sugar.

6. EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT- Any level of physical exercise will help even if it’s 15, 20 or 30 minutes per day. Move your body to fully capitalize on Trulene RX’s fat burning qualities. Walk around the block, climb the stairs if you work in an office building, jump rope, ride a bike, or shadow box . . . anything exercise is better than no exercise.
