How should I take Trulene RX?
For optimal results Trulene RX should be taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to meals with 12 oz. of water. We recommend that you drink at least six 8 oz. of water throughout the day to while taking Trulene RX to keep your body hydrated.
Are there different formulas for men and women?
No, Trulene RX is equally specially formulated for women AND men. Our scientists worked tirelessly to perfect a formula that is totally effective regardless of gender. Frankly, that is one of the many benefits Trulene RX offers over other products on the market.
How many Trulene RX diet pills should I take?
Start your Trulene RX program taking 1 pill 30 minutes prior to each meal with 12 oz. of water. You can take up to two pills per meal up to 4 pills daily. Do not exceed 4 pills daily.
What if have a health condition or take medication?

Can I take Trulene RX during or immediately following pregnancy?

How long can I take Trulene RX?
Trulene RX is like any other nutritional supplement and should be cycled. Trulene RX can be cycled in two ways. 1) You can take Trulene RX for 8 weeks, then take a minimum of one week off before resuming OR2) Cycle weekly: 5 days on, 2 days off for up to 90 days. Then take at least one week off before resuming. Cycle on either of these two schedules throughout your use of Trulene RX.
Since Trulene RX contains caffeine should I stop drinking coffee and soda?
Yes, caffeine is one of the active ingredients in an ideal form and quantity for the Thermogenic action. Excessive caffeine is known to increase hunger and deplete your body of water therefore individuals report better results if they stop other forms of caffeine while taking. This includes energy drinks, coffee, black teas and soda.
How many pounds can I lose in a month?
Results vary from person to person due to many factors. To improve your results even further, maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine.
