Shipping Policy

• All orders received before 11am EST, Monday – Friday will be shipped that day.

• All orders received after 11am, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the next business day.

• No orders will be shipped on Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

• No orders will be shipped to PO boxes.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when your order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can NOT be canceled. See the product Return Policy below.

• All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure fulfillment processor for shipping.

• Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed below.

Return Policy

Ideal Body Now is happy to offer our customers one of the most flexible return policies in the industry.

To obtain a Return Authorization (RA#), please make your request stating the purchase invoice number and number of bottles to be returned via email at customerservice@idealbodynow.com. We will issue an RA# via email. You must include this RA# with your return or we will not be able to issue your credit.

Once you obtain a RA#, we will accept products for return within 60-days of purchase as long as they are returned with the original invoice or packing slip. Customers may request a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges of $6.95) for the bottles from the original invoice. You must pay the shipping on the return and proof of delivery tracking.

I understand the following:

• I will be credited for the returned package less shipping.
• I am responsible for tracking the shipment and shipping costs.
• I must return all bottles purchased with the original invoice or bill.
